Join us and help run what runs the world. This position reports to: Production Supervisor. Operate production equipment and processes to ensure quality products are manufactured efficiently while meeting productivity, quality, and safety standards. Load, tool, un-tool, and palletize motors while utilizing computers, printers, shop floor systems, and production documentation to support daily operations. Read and interpret manufacturing instructions, diagrams, special instructions, and shop floor displays to ensure products meet specifications and quality requirements. Collaborate with team members, maintain required paperwork, identify needed supplies and tools, perform housekeeping duties, and support overtime and cross-training as needed.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education.
• Must pass a background and drug screen.
• Must have valid U.S. work authorization.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.

Nice To Haves

• Motor manufacturing experience preferred.
