About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology integration or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing technology solutions in a business environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver technology projects.
• Familiarity with various enabling technologies and their applications in business settings.
• Strong understanding of technology integration processes and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technology issues.
• Proficient in project management and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departmental leaders to assess technology needs and identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery and operational processes.
• Develop and implement strategies for the adoption and integration of enabling technologies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Manage the deployment and configuration of technology solutions, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and processes.
• Provide training and support to staff members to ensure effective use of new technologies and systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of integrated technologies, making recommendations for enhancements and optimizations as needed.
• Stay abreast of emerging technology trends and innovations, advising the organization on potential applications and benefits.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to facilitate technology procurement and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in technology integration and usage.
• Prepare reports and presentations on technology integration progress and outcomes for senior management review.
