Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Guidewire Professional Services.
  • Strategic Business Partnership: Build executive trust, synthesize CS/PS priorities through insightful needs analysis and proactive, value-driven communication.
  • Strategic Program Excellence: Orchestrate end‑to-end program execution with Events (logistics) and Stakeholders (agenda, speakers) for flawless programs such as kickoffs, MYFU, and Enablement Workshops.
  • Business acumen and outcome mapping: Translate goals into enablement objectives, leading indicators, and target behaviors; connect programs to measurable business outcomes.
  • Integrity, Rationality, & Collegiality: You operate with integrity by building truthful relationships, with rationality by making evidence-based decisions, and with collegiality by working as a professional equal among your peers.
  • Communication and Adaptability: Exhibit excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to a changing environment.
  • Project Management and Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of the property and casualty insurance business.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency with software tools such as Google Suite, Monday.com, eLearning platforms, and AI
  • Remote Work: Ability to work seamlessly in a remote environment
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25-50% of the time, occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Own the enablement relationship with the Global Professional Services Implementation leadership for product & services, as well as functional competency roadmaps.
  • Active participation in stakeholder meetings to understand and action learning needs required to execute business results
  • Provide regular and frequent updates to leadership, including persona-based learning plans, product overview learning paths, and enablement feedback forums
  • Conduct regular Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to discuss active stakeholder learning plans (3-6 month increments), identify future roadmap requirements, and discuss actions for improvement in learning planning and execution
  • Accountable for Training Needs Assessment for training/learning requested by your business areas, including scope, learning objectives, persona-based impact, and potential training plans.
  • Participate with Program Owners for each planned deliverable affecting your audience group to ensure learning objectives are appropriately defined and delivered
  • End-to-end ownership of large-scale projects for your business area, including regional kick-offs, focused training at off-sites, and onboarding execution plans.
  • Collaboration with events teams, business stakeholders, and Program Owners for the appropriate execution and delivery of content
  • Coordinate with Onboarding resources to ensure persona-based content is up-to-date and relevant with our expanding and changing landscape
  • Collaboration with the People Team regarding soft-skills competency and leadership training to present an overarching learning view to your business stakeholders
  • Collect and action stakeholder feedback for your business area
  • Complete tactical updates of Training Needs Assessments, metrics reporting, and Monday reporting up-to-date
