  • Demonstrated experience acting as a strategic partner to business leaders—synthesizing priorities, conducting needs analysis, and turning insights into clear enablement plans and roadmaps.
  • Proven ability to design and execute complex, multi-stakeholder programs and events (kickoffs, offsites, workshops), managing timelines, logistics, and content with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong business acumen and outcome orientation: you connect learning objectives to leading indicators, target behaviors, and measurable business outcomes (e.g., adoption, time-to-value, implementation efficiency).
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across executive, manager, and individual contributor audiences and to adapt quickly in a changing environment.
  • High integrity, rational decision-making, and a collegial, collaborative style—you build truthful relationships, use evidence to guide choices, and operate as a professional peer with stakeholders.

  • Own end‑to-end execution of strategic programs and events for your portfolio (e.g., regional kickoffs, mid‑year forums, focused offsite training, and enablement workshops), coordinating content, speakers, logistics, and communications for a seamless learner experience.
  • Design, maintain, and communicate persona-based learning plans and product/solutions learning paths, integrating P&C insurance domain knowledge, Guidewire platform/AI strategy, and role-specific competency expectations.
