About The Position

This is a remote position; however, you should expect to travel for team meetings, client meetings or other collaboration needs. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated PBM Sales Enablement Partner to assist our sales and business development team in supporting the end-to-end sales process. This role plays a critical part in organizing sales materials; managing client communications; and maintaining CRM data for health plan, employer group, broker, and consultant relationships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales support or coordinator role, preferably in healthcare, PBM, insurance, or related industry.
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage competing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with health plans, TPAs, employer groups, or pharmacy consultants.
  • Understanding of PBM services, pharmacy claims, and healthcare benefit structures is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), and RFP software (e.g., RFPIO, Loopio) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with PBM terminology (e.g., formulary, MAC pricing, specialty pharmacy, utilization management).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Support the PBM sales team with administrative, pre-sales, and post-sales tasks.
  • Assist in preparing client-facing materials such as proposals, presentations, and benefit analysis.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), including leads, opportunities, and activity tracking.
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and product demos with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain updated slide deck library for continuous sales presentations
  • Liaise with internal teams (clinical, underwriting, operations, legal) to gather information for customized client solutions.
  • Track and report on sales pipeline progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Handle inbound inquiries from brokers, consultants, and clients, routing them appropriately.
  • Monitor timelines and deliverables related to RFPs and renewals to ensure on-time submissions.
  • Assist in the creation and organization of sales and marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with PBM services (e.g., formulary design, rebate management, network pharmacy access).
  • Collect feedback from sales, account teams and executive leaders to understand their changing requirements and challenges, to ensure programs and materials are updated and refined by various internal teams to meet changes needed (marketing, training, product, operations, etc)
  • Gather, monitor and interpret sales data and KPI’s to present to sales leader, to assist in making informed decisions towards sales targets and goals.
