About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for empowering reseller and service delivery partners to effectively position and sell cybersecurity SaaS solutions. You will design, implement, and manage partner enablement programs, certifications, and co-selling frameworks that accelerate partner success and adoption. The position involves hands-on collaboration with partners to address knowledge gaps, improve confidence, and streamline go-to-market execution. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to translate internal capabilities into partner-ready content and training. This role is ideal for someone passionate about teaching, coaching, and enabling others to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Your contributions will directly impact partner performance, adoption rates, and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS, preferably in cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record designing, scaling, and managing partner enablement programs and certification frameworks.
  • Experience operating partner portals, learning management systems, and large-scale content ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise software sales motions, partner ecosystem models, and channel-led go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, program management, and cross-functional execution.
  • Hands-on experience with product demos, technical positioning, and consultative selling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for teaching, coaching, and empowering others to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver live partner enablement sessions to keep partners updated on product innovation, market trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Curate and manage partner portals with training materials, certifications, and marketing assets to ensure readiness and adoption.
  • Design and implement tiered partner certification programs aligned with sales motions and vertical use cases.
  • Create co-selling frameworks, joint value propositions, partner-specific playbooks, and aligned execution models.
  • Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales to convert internal capabilities into partner-consumable enablement content.
  • Build strong relationships with partner teams, providing coaching, shadowing, and guidance to ensure successful adoption and sales confidence.
