Your work includes collaborative efforts with healthcare teams and significant independent tasks, focusing on patient safety and effective problem-solving during calls for service. You'll need to efficiently manage EMS equipment and resources to safely respond to calls for service at any time. Expect to perform both routine and complex medical and emergency procedures, adapting swiftly to the varied needs of each situation. Regular duties also involve comprehensive documentation and meticulous maintenance of quality control systems. Requirements

Current EMT-B or Intermediate certification from the State of Minnesota EMSRB (OR within one month of hire if on the National Registry)
American Heart Association BLS provider or instructor-level certification within 30 days of hire
Valid MN driver's license
Able to provide proof of EVOC training in the last 3 years or will be to complete training within 6 months of hire
