About The Position

The EMT/Receptionist Security Officer position involves maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises, patrolling various locations, and preserving order while enforcing regulations. This role also includes providing customer service and information to clients' employees and customers. Requirements

Driver certification required
Kentucky EMT certification required
Must have valid KY driver's license
Must have strong customer service skills
Ability to complete patrols
Strong technology skills (cell phone/computer)
Must have excellent Customer Service skills
Security positions require you pass our drug screen and background check
Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard
Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds

Nice To Haves

Prior security/EMT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
Completes patrols.
Actively monitors the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations.
Preserves order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
Provides customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.
