About The Position

The EMT/Receptionist Security Officer position involves ensuring the safety and security of clients' property and personnel by observing and reporting activities and incidents. This role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to complete patrols, and proficiency with technology such as cell phones and computers. While prior security or EMT experience is preferred, the company provides training for those new to the security industry, particularly those with backgrounds in retail, food service, or hospitality. The position is crucial for maintaining a secure environment, which includes actively monitoring premises, patrolling various locations, preserving order, and enforcing regulations. Security Officers also frequently provide customer service and information to clients' employees and customers.

Requirements

Kentucky EMT certification required
Driver certification required
Must have strong customer service skills
Strong technology skills (cell phone/computer)
Must pass our drug screen and background check
Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard
Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds

Nice To Haves

Prior security/EMT experience preferred

Responsibilities
