About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and reliable EMT III to serve in a hybrid role at the Oooguruk Tie-In Pad (OTP). This position combines administrative, medical, and emergency response responsibilities to ensure the health, safety, and operational readiness of all onsite personnel. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Hilcorp operations by providing emergency medical care, occupational health services, and camp coordination.

Requirements

• Current Alaska EMT III or higher certification (required).
• Current BLS certification (required).
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

• ACLS and PHTLS certifications preferred.
• Experience in occupational health, industrial EMS, or remote medical settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff and manage the front desk for daily operations and communication.
• Oversee and coordinate camp billeting, ensuring accurate room assignments and occupancy tracking.
• Lead the Medical Emergency Response Team (MERT), maintaining readiness and coordination for any onsite emergencies.
• Provide EMT III-level emergency medical care to employees and contractors as needed.
• Conduct Drug and Alcohol testing in compliance with company policy and regulatory standards as needed.
• Perform Occupational Health testing (audiometry, spirometry, fit testing, etc.) as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and assist in communication with the North Slope Operations Center (NOC) Medical Clinic.
