The role requires teaching throughout the year, integrating evidence-based practice and Capital Health regulatory standards, and modifying teaching methodology based on course evaluations. A variety of instructional methods and teaching strategies will be employed, and the instructor will participate in developing and updating educational materials, applying adult learning theory principles.
