Works closely with end users to identify training opportunities and develops material to reinforce best practices as outlined by EMR Management team. This person will also be responsible for maintaining the Epic training environment, testing Special Updates, and updating certain system settings under the guidance of EMR analysts. Carries out all duties while maintaining compliance and confidentiality and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization.
