Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand.
  • Ability to solve practical problems.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Possesses collaborative work style, combined with ability and desire to work in a team-based environment.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Coach participants on resumes, interviews, and workplace readiness
  • Help individuals identify strengths, career goals, and pathways to success
  • Teach strategies that promote long-term job retention and growth
  • Develop and secure job placements aligned with participant goals
  • Actively pursue job leads and follow up quickly to maximize opportunities
  • Help participants successfully transition into the workforce
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with employers
  • Promote NCIA as a trusted pipeline of skilled, job-ready talent
  • Expand partnerships to create new opportunities across industries
  • Represent NCIA at job fairs, hiring events, and community engagements
  • Plan and coordinate hiring events and networking opportunities
  • Create meaningful connections between employers and job seekers
  • Track participant outcomes and placement success
  • Meet or exceed program goals and performance benchmarks
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with required standards
