About The Position
The Employment Specialist will help individuals find purpose, confidence, and independence through employment, believing it is a powerful part of mental health recovery. This role involves helping people find jobs, rediscover their strengths, overcome barriers, and build lasting careers. The specialist will work one-on-one with individuals living with mental health conditions, guiding them through the job search process and supporting them as they succeed in the workplace.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in employment services, vocational rehabilitation, or related fields
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred
- Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions is highly desirable
