Making Opportunity Count (MOC) is seeking an Employment Specialist to provide pre-employment transition services to students and young adults with disabilities, ages 14 through 21. This role involves delivering individual and group instruction in areas such as job exploration, workplace readiness, self-advocacy, and postsecondary education pathways. The specialist will also build relationships with schools, employers, and community partners to create career exploration and work-based learning opportunities. Services are delivered both in-person and virtually, often outside regular school hours, including afternoons, evenings, school vacation weeks, and summer programming.
