About The Position

Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is an evidenced-based practice that uses a person-centered and recovery-based approach to offer treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness (SMI), some of whom also have co-occurring substance use disorders.
