About The Position

MCI is seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join their team. This role focuses on strengthening client relationships, driving revenue, and supporting long-term growth within the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in staffing services, with proven abilities in managing client accounts, generating leads, and delivering exceptional service. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Sales Executive.
  • Background working with staffing service agencies such as Randstad, AppleOne, Robert Half, Allegis, Kelly Services, Adecco, or Manpower.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, lead generation, and B2B marketing.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated, accountable, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build trust and collaboration across business relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
  • Lead the implementation of new accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and activation.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through data mining, networking, and outreach.
  • Qualify leads and coordinate handoff to appropriate sales team members for conversion.
  • Confidently communicate the organization’s capabilities and value proposition via phone and email.
  • Develop and nurture a pipeline of business development leads from initial contact to closed status.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on client engagement strategies within the region.
  • Offer performance management and mentorship to direct reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on business opportunities, particularly in infrastructure-related services.
