About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Discovery Analyst / Legal Project Manager to support a dynamic in-house legal team. This role provides end-to-end management of employment-related discovery matters, overseeing multiple concurrent projects while partnering closely with attorneys, paralegals, IT, HR, compliance, and outside counsel.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
5–8+ years of experience in litigation support or the legal industry, including significant project management experience.
Strong experience managing complex discovery processes, particularly employment-related matters.
Proficiency with e-discovery tools and legal technology; ability to quickly learn new systems.
Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

Manage the full e-discovery lifecycle in compliance with the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
Oversee data collections, custodian interviews, processing, review workflows, analytics, and productions.
Support complex discovery efforts, including responses to discovery requests, document production, and ESI stipulations.
Execute searches and leverage analytics to identify relevant data.
Provide end-to-end oversight of multiple concurrent discovery matters, serving as the primary client point of contact.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, dependencies, and resource requirements.
Manage project teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver work on time and within scope.
Proactively manage client expectations and build strong, consultative relationships.
Identify and implement process improvements related to discovery, document review, and legal operations.
Define and monitor quality standards across all project deliverables.
Generate and distribute reporting metrics and KPIs to support legal and business decision-making.
Partner with internal teams (HR, compliance, IT) and outside counsel to support ongoing legal matters.
Support attorneys with motion practice by organizing, reviewing, and summarizing case materials.
