YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY: Rosendin is seeking a strategic and operational leader to build and scale our Employment Marketing function. This role sits at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Employee Experience, responsible for strengthening Rosendin’s ability to attract, engage, and retain the talent required to support the company’s continued growth. The Manager will lead the strategy to attract top talent, enhance hiring outcomes, strengthen Rosendin’s employer brand, and build long-term workforce relationships. They will partner with key teams—People Leadership, Marketing, IT, Finance, and Operations—to ensure the employment brand authentically reflects Rosendin’s culture, values, and employee experience.

Requirements

  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and recruiting operations
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business hiring needs into marketing strategies
  • Experience with Vendor Management
  • Experience using analytics to measure marketing performance and optimize Programs
  • Experience with Vendor Management
  • 6 – 10 years of experience in employment marketing, employer branding, recruiting marketing, or related talent attraction functions

Responsibilities

  • Employment Marketing Strategy Develop and lead Rosendin’s Employment Marketing strategy to support enterprise hiring needs across craft, field leadership, corporate, and emerging technical roles.
  • Translate workforce plans and hiring forecasts into targeted talent attraction strategies.
  • Build a scalable framework for employer brand positioning, EVP messaging, and talent storytelling.
  • Improve speed and efficiency of hiring funnels by aligning marketing strategies to business hiring priorities.
  • Brand & Messaging Leadership Own Rosendin’s employer brand positioning across candidate-facing channels.
  • Develop messaging frameworks, job description standards, and storytelling assets that strengthen Rosendin’s employment brand.
  • Partner with Corporate Marketing to ensure alignment between customer brand and employment brand.
  • Channel & Campaign Management Lead strategy and execution across a balanced employment marketing media mix including Owned Channels, Earned Channels, and Paid Channels Content & Creative Development Lead the creation of authentic employee stories, project highlights, and culture-driven content.
  • Partner with internal teams to produce compelling creative assets Ensure consistency and quality across all candidate-facing materials.
  • Partner with Candidate Experience, Recruiting Operations, and HR teams to ensure brand promises align with the actual experiences of employees and candidates.
  • Measurement & Analytics Build and maintain reporting frameworks to measure employment marketing performance and business outcomes.
  • Brand awareness and candidate intent Provide strategic insights to Talent Acquisition and HR leadership to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
  • Industry Presence & Community Engagement Support workforce development initiatives, community partnerships, and industry events that expand Rosendin’s visibility in key talent markets.
  • Identify opportunities to build relationships with trade programs, technical schools, and industry partners.
