AIR is seeking a Project Assistant to join our Employment & Economic Opportunity Program to provide project coordination and continuous process improvement support for mission-driven client service and technical assistance projects. This role supports day-to-day project execution by coordinating meetings and events, preparing and organizing materials, tracking timelines and action items, and maintaining project documentation. Working closely with project staff, the Project Assistant helps ensure project activities are well organized, responsive to client needs, and completed on schedule. Candidates hired for the position may work remotely within the United States (U.S.) or from one of our U.S. office locations. This does not include U.S. territories. The position requires availability to participate in meetings across all continental U.S. time zones.
