About The Position

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Employment Professional for our Behavioral Health Services Division. This member of the ACT multidisciplinary team coordinates employment assessments and planning with other team members and serves as a clinical team member, providing treatment, rehabilitation, and support services. Receives clinical and general supervision from the ACT Director.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or other related field.
Experience in employment rehabilitation required if degree is not in Rehabilitation Counseling.
Experience working with persons with severe and persistent mental illness preferred.
Must have a strong commitment to the right and ability of each person with a severe and persistent mental illness to work in market jobs and have access to helpful, adequate, competent, and continuous supports and services.
Skills and competence to establish supportive, trusting relationships with persons with severe and persistent mental illnesses and respect for client rights and personal preference in treatment are essential.
Possession of a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to work independently and as part of a focused team.

Responsibilities

Provide service coordination (case management for an assigned group of clients) including coordinating and monitoring the activities of the individual treatment team.
Assume primary responsibility for developing, writing, implementing, evaluating, and revising overall treatment goals and plans in collaboration with the client and the ITT.
Educate and support clients’ families, and advocate for clients’ rights and preferences.
