The role involves writing position and mediation statements, demonstrating strong time and organizational management skills to assist labor/employment law attorneys. Responsibilities include managing a large volume of varying or moderate to complex employment-related litigation matters with minimal supervision, requiring substantial prior experience in legal research, drafting and proof-reading of legal and business communications, document identification, review and production, and implementing and managing evidence preservation and collection efforts. The role also involves establishing strong relationships with client contacts and communicating professionally with internal clients, outside counsel, and government agency representatives, along with case file management, data and regulatory change tracking, data reporting, and other assigned responsibilities. This position is office-centric, requiring presence in the office 5 days each week.
