About The Position

The Employment Marketing Specialist supports the planning and execution of talent attraction, job advertising, and employer brand initiatives across Ventura Foods. This role manages day-to-day campaign operations, posting accuracy, performance reporting, and vendor coordination. The Specialist works closely with Talent Acquisition and Manufacturing Site HR partners to ensure recruiting efforts are effective, timely, and aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate must reside within the United States (only).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience in employment marketing, talent acquisition, digital marketing, or HR operations.
  • Experience working with job boards, ATS platforms, or programmatic job advertising tools preferred.
  • Experience working with creative tools such as Canva preferred.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects or campaign execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, job advertising channels, and recruitment marketing best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and clearly present insights to non-technical audiences.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Skilled in coordinating with vendors, internal partners, and external agencies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to maintain brand consistency.
  • Proficiency with common business tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, ATS platforms, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Execute job advertising campaigns across programmatic platforms, job boards, and social channels.
  • Maintain job posting accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
  • Update and maintain creative assets including ad copy, images, and landing pages.
  • Pull, organize, and maintain performance data for dashboards and reporting.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and escalate optimization needs.
  • Assist in preparing summary reports and insights for Talent Acquisition and HR partners.
  • Serve as a daily point of contact for job boards, agencies, and programmatic partners.
  • Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and support requests.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, onboarding new requests, and resource/vendor organization.
  • Assist with creating and distributing ad content for TA to use for social media, ad campaigns and site events.
  • Maintain templates, asset libraries, and brand-aligned messaging guides.
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition Manager, Marketing teams and Corporate Communication teams on social media strategy and website content as needed.
  • Support execution of hiring campaigns, new site initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Provide support for career fairs and recruiting events.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with project-based work as needed.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
