We are seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with at least two years of experience to join our Labor & Employment group in Richmond. This role is about more than handling cases. Some days you will be in the courtroom. Other days, you will be drafting policies, advising leadership, or representing clients before agencies. Requirements

At least 2 years of labor and employment law experience, including litigation
A Virginia law license
Strong writing, advocacy, and counseling skills
An entrepreneurial spirit and interest in building relationships
