About The Position

Build Something Bigger — And Change Lives, Including Your Own. In 1935, Louise Whitbeck Fraser opened a school in her home for people with disabilities — defying social expectations and choosing compassion over convention. She believed everyone deserves the chance to reach their potential and thrive. Today, that same bold spirit is alive in every Fraser service. We’re still building something bigger — a more inclusive, connected world where everyone belongs. At Fraser, you’ll find more than a job. You’ll find purpose. You’ll find growth. And you’ll find a place where your work changes lives — including your own. Do you have a passion for helping people discover their strengths, achieve their goals, and build meaningful careers? As an Employment Coach, you'll play a vital role in empowering individuals of all ages and abilities to gain confidence, develop workplace skills, and succeed in employment setting. In this rewarding role, you'll provide personalized coaching, mentorship, and hands-on support that helps individuals build independence and reach their career goals. You'll meet people where they are—in libraries, coffee shops, schools, workplaces, and throughout the community—to teach employment readiness skills, explore career pathways, and support long-term success.
