About The Position

A leading national law firm is expanding its Labor & Employment practice and is seeking experienced attorneys for several virtual office opportunities. California remains the highest-priority market, with a particularly strong need for California-barred Counsel-level attorneys. Qualified attorneys in additional priority markets are also encouraged to apply. These opportunities are designed for experienced attorneys who want to practice at a high level while benefiting from a remote work environment, flexible billable-hour targets, and reduced business-development pressure.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar membership in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of business immigration experience (for Business Immigration Attorney role)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong client-service orientation
• California-barred attorneys (highest priority market)
• Attorneys with experience in Labor & Employment
