Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience.
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
- Strong academic backgrounds.
- Proven skills in research.
- Self-starters.
- Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota.
Nice To Haves
- Trial experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Handle assignments with minimal supervision.
- Conduct appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials.
