About The Position

Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an Employment & Labor Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in wage and hour and employment discrimination litigation. Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active New York State Bar admission
• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience, preferably with exposure to employment and labor matters
• Detail‑oriented and punctual
• Ability to efficiently resolve cases
• Prompt responsiveness to client inquiries
• Strong sense of “legal triage” — able to distinguish matters requiring intensive attention from those that are routine

Nice To Haves

• Deposition experience is a plus
