About The Position

Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an Employment & Labor Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in wage and hour and employment discrimination litigation. The role involves employment and labor litigation work, including conducting investigatory interviews, handling discovery, preparing pleadings and motions, and preparing administrative position statements. Deposition experience is a plus.

The position offers a hybrid schedule, with at least three days per week in the office and two days remote, in a congenial, fast-paced environment. The annualized salary range is $120,000–$165,000; actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the New York State Bar.
• Minimum of two years of litigation experience, preferably with exposure to employment and labor matters.
• Detail-oriented and punctual.
• Ability to distinguish matters requiring intensive attention from routine matters.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in wage and hour and employment discrimination litigation.
