About The Position
Wilson-McShane Corporation, a third-party administrator for Taft-Hartley Benefit Funds, is seeking an Employer Contributions Specialist in Kansas City, MO. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a compensation of $30.10 per hour.
Requirements
- Two plus years related experience and/or training
- Proficiency with all aspects of Microsoft Office
- Critical thinking, problem solving and good math aptitude

Responsibilities
- Daily verbal and written communication with participants and employers
- Posting and Researching union members hours and contributions
- Reconciling contribution reports and making deposits
- Collecting outstanding employer contributions
- Reviewing various Agreement rates, terms and conditions
- Balancing daily postings and deposits
- Review participant’s demographics and perform identity research
- Perform Quality Review for scanned Employer Contribution reports or other documents
- Prepare, review, and/or distribute daily, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports
- Interpreting and following the rules outlined in Plan Documents
- Other duties and projects as assigned
