DoorDash’s Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing team partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Communications, Brand, DEI, and People teams globally. We shape how talent experiences DoorDash — from first impression through offer — ensuring our roles are visible to the right audiences and that our story resonates authentically across markets. We collaborate cross-functionally across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo, forming a global employer brand and recruitment marketing team. We’re hiring an Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing Lead to own DoorDash’s employer brand and recruitment marketing strategy and execution across key growth markets, with a primary focus on tech hiring and international expansion in markets like India and Brazil. This is a strategic and hands-on role. You will build regional employer brand strategies, launch recruitment marketing campaigns, advise stakeholders on talent positioning (including AI/ML and Labs), and execute high-impact storytelling across channels. You’ll operate as the dedicated DoorDash representative within a global employer brand and recruitment marketing leadership group alongside Wolt and Deliveroo peers.
