Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct people management or delivery leadership experience, with a proven track record of developing technical or project-based teams.
  • Deep competence in executing performance metrics, corrective action planning, and conflict mediation within a fast-paced environment.
  • Background working in technology, digital agencies, or project-based studio environments with an understanding of how people management impacts delivery models.
  • Exceptional skills in managing by influence, driving alignment across cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Tech, HR), active listening, and analytical decision-making.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a structured 1:1 meeting cadence with assigned technical staff to align individual career velocity with REDspace’s project pipeline and technical delivery goals.

  • Lead the end-to-end performance review process; synthesize feedback from Technical Leads, Project Managers, and clients to deliver objective, high-impact annual evaluations.
