About The Position

Employee Services Manager Zetier is seeking a senior Human Resources leader to help build and mature employee benefits, employee services, and people operations infrastructure to scale a high-trust national security technology company. This role will lead the charge in identifying, scoping administering, and communicating employee benefits programs to include health and welfare benefits, time off programs, open enrollment, employee education, vendor coordination, and benefits-related employee support. Candidates will demonstrate practical experience scaling and deploying workforce benefits, administering employee programs, maintaining confidential records, coordinating across business functions, and implementing scalable, low-friction HR processes as the company grows.

Requirements

  • 10+ years supporting HR operations and benefits administration
  • Strong discipline across records, deadlines, recurring tasks
  • Experience coordinating onboarding, offboarding, policy admin
  • Demonstrated discretion handling confidential information
  • Able to communicate clearly with employees, managers, and vendors
  • Ability to convert recurring service issues into durable workflows
  • Effective communication and collaborative team approach
  • U.S. citizen; able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance

  • Prior work in small, high-trust technical teams
