Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Demonstrated experience providing customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities
  • Must be able to stay focused and engaged in an active and open work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary in order to convey clear and concise responses to inquiries
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create basic reports, documents, presentations and spreadsheets in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree in business, human resources or related field
  • Experience working in a Human Resources Department or in a service center

Responsibilities

  • As first point of contact, responds to employees, former employees, and candidate’s inquiries in the HR Employee Service Center utilizing telephony system and case management system.
  • Ensures excellent customer service consistently.
  • Utilizes existing knowledge articles and job aids to ensure responses are accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborates with Employee Service Center Specialists to ensure employees receive accurate responses on more complex issues or questions.
  • Completes routine HR administrative tasks.
  • Willingness to work 9:00AM -6:00PM, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, or 7:00AM - 4:00PM shifts
  • Monday-Wednesday in office - Thursday and Friday Remote
