The Employee Resource Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Employee Resource Specialist and Human Resources team by ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely execution of key HR operations. This role is responsible for assisting with onboarding, compliance tracking, document management, reporting, employee support requests, and day-to-day workflow coordination across all communities under management. As our organization continues to grow across multiple states, this position will have the opportunity to grow into a full-time role with increased ownership of processes and systems.
