As an Employee Relations Specialist, you'll partner closely with HR leadership and organizational leaders to foster a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace. You'll provide expert guidance on employee relations, leadership development, and HR initiatives while helping strengthen organizational culture and the overall employee experience. Oversees daily operations of assigned applications to ensure stability, security, and performance. Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders by coaching on employee relations matters, conducting workplace investigations, managing corrective action processes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and organizational policies. Develop and support HR programs, policies, training, and leadership development initiatives, including facilitating Leadership Versatility Index (LVI) 360-degree assessments and promoting employee engagement through stay and exit interviews. Research employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development trends to recommend improvements that enhance employee experience, workplace culture, and HR processes. Partner with leaders, Compliance, and legal counsel as needed to resolve complex workplace concerns, respond to unemployment claims, and ensure fair, consistent resolution of employee issues. Support day-to-day HR operations by maintaining student placement programs, assisting with special projects, reporting, policy administration, employee records, and serving as a collaborative member of the Human Resources team. Other duties as assigned.
