Your Day to Day As a employee performance analyst Partner collaboratively with HR Business Partners, Legal, and leaders to ensure fair, consistent, and equitable employee relations practices across the organization. Support the employee relations case lifecycle, including documentation, tracking, and preparing clear summaries to help guide thoughtful and compliant decision-making. Enable performance management processes by assisting leaders with coaching documentation, pre-PIP steps, and performance review cycles, helping create clarity and growth opportunities for all employees. Generate people insights by analyzing employee relations trends, exit interview data, and engagement feedback to help inform inclusive and data-driven decisions. Prepare and maintain accurate reporting and dashboards, ensuring leaders have the information they need to support their teams effectively and responsibly.

Requirements

  • Experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Performance Management, or People Operations.
  • Strong documentation and case management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into meaningful recommendations.
  • Experience supporting performance management cycles or employee relations processes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with managers and HR stakeholders.
  • Comfort working with HR systems, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
