This position will lead employee relations strategy, manage complex and high-risk cases including investigations, policy violations, and workplace concerns. The role involves designing and overseeing end-to-end workplace investigation processes, ensuring consistency, compliance, and thorough documentation. It also requires partnering with HR, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders to mitigate risk and support effective decision-making, as well as developing and standardizing ER tools, processes, and training for managers and HR partners. Additionally, the role will analyze ER trends and provide insights for continuous improvement and proactive risk management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience with deep expertise in employee relations and workplace investigations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws (e.g., harassment, discrimination, ADA, FMLA, wage & hour).
  • Experience partnering with Legal or Compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive situations with sound judgment, discretion, and a calm, credible presence.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Process-oriented and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities
