Position Summary: Lead employee relations strategy, managing complex and high-risk cases including investigations, policy violations, and workplace concerns Design and oversee end-to-end workplace investigation processes, ensuring consistency, compliance, and thorough documentation Partner with HR, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders to mitigate risk and support effective, fair decision-making Develop and standardize ER tools, processes, and training to enable managers and HR partners Analyze ER trends and provide insights to drive continuous improvement and proactive risk management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience with deep expertise in employee relations and workplace investigations
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws (e.g., harassment, discrimination, ADA, FMLA, wage & hour) and experience partnering with Legal or Compliance
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive situations with sound judgment, discretion, and a calm, credible presence
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills with a process-oriented and continuous improvement mindset
