About The Position

Manages the day-to-day activities and strategic support of employee relations investigations for an organization. Designs, plans, and implements the organization's employee relations programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring policies are consistently applied as they relate to employee relations. Maintains good communication and a positive relationship with employees to promote employee satisfaction and ensure a positive working environment. Implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future. Conducts investigative procedures in response to violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Requirements

  • University / college degree
  • At least 5 years of prior management experience
  • Comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered in lieu of a degree.
