They are responsible for resolving employee-related issues, providing advice and support to managers on employee matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and ensuring that the workplace remains free from conflict and that any disputes or issues are dealt with effectively and fairly. The role of the Employee Relations Consultant is to promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture and ensure that employee relations are managed in a fair and consistent manner. This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 3 months.
