About The Position

Oversee, coordinate, and assist in resolving a wide variety of human resource issues at UW Health. This role involves working effectively in fast-paced environments while managing complex employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment. The consultant will navigate sensitive workplace issues, maintain accurate case documentation, and manage multiple priorities in a timely manner. Experience with employee relations case management systems is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related area
• 3 years Employee and/or labor relations or other related leadership experience

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree in Industrial Relations or related area
• 5 years Employee and/or labor relations experience
• 6 years Human resource generalist experience
• Experience with employee relations case management systems
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
