The Coordinator of Employee Relations & Compliance supports the Director of Human Resources in the coordination and administration of employee relations, performance management, and compliance functions for the UNLV School of Dental Medicine (SDM). Working under the direction of the Human Resources Director, and in close alignment with UNLV Central HR, this position assists with employee relations case management, performance evaluations, disciplinary processes, and compliance with university, state, and federal employment policies. The Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for faculty, residents, staff, and supervisors, providing consultation and support on personnel matters while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to policy. Through a combination of analytical review, process coordination, and policy interpretation, the Coordinator strengthens employee relations and contributes to a positive, compliant, and high-performing organizational culture.
