About The Position

This Leidos Talent Hub posting invites employees to refer candidates for opportunities in BEACON, HALO, GEO-SPI, and Ft. Indy. Eligible referrals that result in a hire may earn the referring employee a referral bonus and entries for a chance to win a $15,000 grand prize. The referral campaign runs through December 31, 2026.

BEACON roles include Targeting Officers, Desk Officers, Ops Advisors, Reports Officers, Plan & Policy Officers, Executive Officers, and Counterintelligence Officers. HALO roles include DevOps Engineers, Software Engineers, Java Developers, and Biometrics Software Engineers. GEO-SPI roles include Data Scientists, Cartographers, Imagery Scientists, and Junior Exploitation Specialists/Photogrammetrists. Ft. Indy roles include Java/Software Engineers, Software Developers, and DevOps Engineers.

To submit a referral, employees should visit the Leidos Employee Referral Program page, select “Refer a Friend to Leidos” to access Workday, and use the Job Search & Employee Referral worklet under Apps. Employees can refer a candidate to a specific position or search for a suitable job. They must enter the candidate’s information and select at least one Job #. The candidate must then complete an application using the provided job link for the referral to be finalized.

The listed pay range is $73,450 to $132,775. Compensation is not guaranteed and may depend on factors including job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, and applicable agreements or laws.

Requirements

• BEACON opportunities require an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• HALO opportunities require an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• GEO-SPI opportunities require an active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain a Poly.
• Ft. Indy opportunities require an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Refer candidates for listed BEACON, HALO, GEO-SPI, and Ft. Indy opportunities.
• Submit candidate information through the Leidos Employee Referral Program in Workday and select at least one Job #.
• Ensure the candidate completes an application using the provided job link for the referral to be finalized.
