Requirements
- Prior experience in Occupational Health required
- Familiarity with Systoc, PureOHS, WorkingWell, and case management systems
- Associate's degree in Nursing / Patient Care-Preferred
- 2 years In lieu of Associate's, patient care or hospital/physician practice Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - American Heart Association- CPR required if clinical, Nonclinical do not require CPR -Preferred within 90 days

- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred for this position
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Ensure laboratory compliance by reviewing and taking appropriate action on items including titers, exposures, PPD, hepatitis B vaccines, and vaccination declinations
- Maintain accurate data in Agility, including monitoring EHS visits (PPD/QuantiFERON), incident report entry, injury case management, visit tracking, and reporting
- Maintain and update employee health policies and procedures
- Coordinate Fitness for Duty evaluations (e.g., FCEs, reasonable suspicion drug testing, EAP-mandated programs)
- Plan, manage, and oversee the annual flu vaccination program and similar initiatives
- Maintain OSHA logs for employee injuries and submit required annual reports
- Prepare and provide reports to Infection Control, Safety, Quality, and FPO committees
- Plan, manage, and monitor the flu vaccine program and similar programs as needed
- Monitor RL6 daily for new employee injuries and exposures
- Maintain, track, and report compliance data for regulatory agencies (e.g., OSHA, Board of Health, HFAP)
