Requirements

Associate's Degree Nursing/ Patient Care
Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board -Required
3 years Nursing/Patient Care
1 year Ambulatory Care Experience
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - American Heart Association- Required within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

Monitor RL6 daily for employee injuries or exposures.
Maintain and enter data into Agility and monitor EHS visits including PPD/Quantiferon, incident report data entry, and case management of injuries.
Work closely with Infection Prevention when a communicable disease exposure has occurred.
Analyze and complete necessary reports to determine trends including tracking and analyzing all employee incidents.
Maintain, monitor, and provide charts according to regulatory agencies such as the Board of Health and HFAP.
Process and manage mandatory employee testing, including annual physicals and new hire tests.
Ensure lab compliance for, but not limited to titers, exposures, PPD, and hepatitis B vaccines and declinations.
Plan, manage, and monitor the flu vaccine program and similar programs as needed.
Monitor return to work status for personal injury or illness; notify HR and appropriate manager.
Coordinate Fitness for Duty evaluations including FEC, Reasonable Suspicion drug testing, and the EAP mandatory drug program.
Provide reports to Infection Control, Safety, Quality and FPO committees and participates in assigned meetings as appropriate.
Manage employee health workers compensation cases including coordinating written and verbal communications with Franciscan Alliance workers compensation carrier, and filing claims within their system.
