Employee Health & Safety Manager This position chairs the Safety & Environmental Committee and ensures that meeting documentation, recommendations, and follow-up actions are communicated effectively. The EHS Manager also develops and distributes safety signage, communication materials, and other resources that promote hazard awareness and support a strong safety culture. A key part of the role includes motivating employees to follow established safety procedures, quality expectations, production standards, and company policies, while consistently modeling safe work practices and ensuring that the facility maintains a safe and compliant working environment.
