From day one, you’ll join a collaborative, service-oriented team dedicated to delivering a consistent, high-quality employee experience while advancing Farm Credit of the Virginias’ mission to serve agriculture and rural communities. In this role, you’ll support the full employee lifecycle through benefits administration, HR operations, and employee support. You’ll serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related needs while ensuring processes are executed accurately and consistently.
