About The Position

Notion is seeking an experienced program manager to redesign and lead high-impact employee experience programs, starting with a fully immersive new hire onboarding experience. This role focuses on creating a deeply personal and engaging experience for employees, connecting them to Notion's mission, product, and culture. The position reports to the Global Head of Notino Experience and is based in San Francisco, CA, with a requirement for in-office work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Requirements

  • Experience leading global new hire onboarding programs end-to-end.
  • Ability to curate bold and intentional employee experiences with a clear point of view on what creates meaning.
  • Outcomes- and impact-driven approach, focusing on learning Notion's culture and product to reinvent and measure programs by impact, not participation.
  • Self-guided and intrinsically motivated, able to identify leverage points, set direction, and build without waiting for a roadmap.
  • Ability to move quickly between different contexts, from crafting specific moments to debugging workflows and aligning global partners.
  • AI fluency, treating AI as a daily collaborator and being eager to teach others.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills to align on outcomes, understand trade-offs, and co-create scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Create an end-to-end onboarding experience that is uniquely Notion, utilizing an AI-powered OS to personalize the global process.
  • Redesign New Hire Onboarding to ensure every new hire feels they made the best career decision, with a clear understanding of Notion's mission and expectations.
  • Develop new rituals and rhythms that encourage teams to use Notion's newest features, leverage AI as a collaborator, discover new use cases, and improve knowledge work practices within Notion.
  • Design and test new programs to strengthen Notinos' connection to Notion's mission, customers, and product, fostering pride and energy in building the future of knowledge work.
  • Lead through influence and collaboration with People Operations and local Workplace teams to establish scalable, repeatable systems, identifying what to maintain, iterate, or retire as Notion evolves.
