Job Description About the Role U.S. Bank’s People Analytics & HR Data Governance and Strategy team is seeking an Analytics professional with a focus on I/O Psychology to support enterprise-wide employee listening programs and apply scientific rigor to workforce insights. This role will blend psychological expertise with advanced analytics to design and evolve programs that capture the voice of our workforce, inform strategic decisions, and drive measurable improvements in employee experience. You will partner with HR leaders, Talent Consultants, and cross-functional teams to reimagine engagement and lifecycle surveys, implement evidence-based methodologies, and leverage cutting-edge technologies (AI, predictive analytics) to drive value for USBank’s employees.
