We are now seeking a dedicated Employee Experience & Talent Lead Coordinator to join our team and support our mission. The EE&T Lead Coordinator ensures the facility is appropriately staffed, front desk and HR operations run smoothly, and team workflows are efficient, consistent, and aligned with departmental standards. This role serves as the primary point of contact for coordinators, providing guidance, oversight, and support to drive service excellence across staffing, time and attendance, and employee experience functions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in HR or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience in staffing, scheduling, and/or HR administrative roles a plus.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software, Paycom experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership &Oversight: o Lead, coach, and support a team of EE&T Coordinators to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. o Serve as the first point of escalation for staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and employee service issues. o Assign and prioritize daily tasks and coverage to ensure operational continuity. o Train new coordinators and provide ongoing coaching on systems, processes, and best practices. o Monitor workload distribution and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and cross-coverage. o Conduct quality checks on scheduling, onboarding documentation, and timekeeping accuracy. o Provide input into performance evaluations and development plans. o Partner with the EE&T Payroll & Benefits Specialist and Chief People Officer to recommend process improvements and implement departmental initiatives. o Model professionalism, accountability, and a service-oriented approach.
  • Staffing Coordination: o Manage staffing for the Monday – Thursday 1st and 2nd shifts across all eight programs, including filling vacancies and managing pool availability. o Approve shift trades, offers, and requests to work. o Collaborate with Team Supervisors and Residential Managers on scheduling changes. o Receive and approve time-off requests (vacation, sick leave, military leave, etc.). o Maintain staff availability and assist with time records in line with the workforce budget. o Supervise time and attendance, ensuring accurate time punches and addressing any discrepancies. o Participate in daily staffing calls and follow up with relevant reports and emails. o Handle heavy phone work related to staffing and training follow-ups.
  • Administrative Support to EE&T: o Assist with interviews, orientations, and meetings by preparing interview packets and maintaining accurate employee records. o Help with onboarding by preparing new hire documentation and following up as needed. o Coordinate and send training invites, assist with TB documentation, and handle onboarding follow-ups.
  • Communication: o Serve as a liaison between employees and various departments to ensure effective communication. o Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources.
